Everything but the Truth

New drama from Wordfringe Festival Players

Monday 5 May 2008

Woodend Barn, Banchory [Venue 12]

Four mini-plays by Wordfringe Festival Players at the Woodend Barn, Banchory. Gully Molly by Cal Wallace, a monologue with a sinister twist at the end, poignantly interpreted by Morag Skene. Catriona Yule's Two Seconds, a droll boy-girl interaction with a vivacious performance by Suzy Enoch, her lost voice seamlessly dubbed by Pauline de Koning. Too True to be Good, an atypically straight yet powerful monologue, written and performed by the inimitable Rapunzel Wizard. Last but never least, Candles and Pizzas by Haworth Hodgkinson, taking us into the strange, intense, inner world of a character compellingly evoked by Pauline de Koning.
